Now home to Gnar Tacos, this structure was purpose-built (I believe) to house the Blue Point, an outpost in the Jake Linzinmeir Telluride restaurant empire (see Excelsior, and Chair 8).

Upstairs: a seafood house. Downstairs a louche night spot. Linzinmeir wrote great menus and had a great sense for a restaurant concept. He probably still exercises both talents as founder/co-principal of Bespoke Concepts, based in Denver.
