After this space in the Camel’s Garden Hotel was Wildflour (1997-2003) and before was home to Oak (2011-present), it was a Jake Linzinmeir concept restaurant. The concept: a fifties-era ski lodge. Hmmm. Possibly not Jake’s most inspired idea ever.
I feel like there was probably another restaurant during that 2003-2011 time period but am forgetting what it was.
