Eagle's

Sergio and Hydi Verduzco managed the first restaurant in what was then the new Heritage Building. They left in 2002 to open East by Southwest in Durango.  

From an old online review: “Chef Sergio Verduzco served American bistro cuisine with Southwestern and Mexican accents so authentic, you’d better drink the beer, not the water, he jokes. Feast on fresh fish, zesty pastas, brick oven pizzas, black Angus beef, live Maine lobster and daily specials. You’ll find a nice buzz here during happy hour and extensive kids’ menu and vegetarian-friendly entrées.”

The space is now home to Mile High Pizzeria & Taproom. Am I forgetting a restaurant in this space between Eagle’s and Mile High?
