Telluride was longtime local chef Sergio Gonzalez’s Asian restaurant in the location where he is still cooking, behind the stove at Telluride Bistro.

Tellurice came after Marz Bar and before…. not sure.  I feel like there was a restaurant between Tellurice and the Bistro.  Also helmed by Gonzalez.  Italian.
