The West End Tavern took over the Leimgruber’s space after Christel sold it and before it was converted into condos.

This information comes from Eric Moore:  “Jay Raible and the Last Dollar crew leased the space from the owner that converted it into condos. The plan was to build a new two story building with West End and some other commercial spaces downstairs and condos upstairs. It had some planning issues and never happened. Jay, Michael Lee, Moussa bought (or leased) the Last Dollar from Catfish when wanted to retire.”
